Black Bean Brownies (No Flour!)

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup (15 oz can) black beans, rinsed well

2-3T cocoa powder

½ c quick oats

¼ t salt

1/3 cup maple or agave syrup

Pinch stevia, or increase maple syrup to ½ cup

¼ cup coconut oil

2 t vanilla

½ t baking powder

½ c chocolate chips

½ cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 350

Use a food processor to combine all ingredients

Start with oats to cut until fine, add beans and blend until smooth.

Then add all other ingredients except the chocolate chips

Stir those in last, with walnuts (optional)

Pour in greased 8x8 pan (optional, sprinkle extra chips on top)

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes

Cool for at least 10 min, put in the refrigerator to cool
